The Buffet at
the Aria Hotel definitely is among the best in Las Vegas. The eat all you can has a very neat and
orderly ambiance. It also has one of the
most international fare, not just your typical Chinese, Thai, Italian or
Indian. Depending on the day, The Buffet
offers Filipino and Vietnamese. In all Vegas,
The Buffet at the Aria was the only one that I saw serving Waldorf Salad.
