Joseph,

I'm sorry it took so long to reply.  I misplaced the recipe.  But, I have
found it now.

Chocolate Sundae Brownies

Cream 1/4 pound butter with 1 Cup White Sugar
Add 4 eggs and beat well
Add:  1 teaspoon vanilla, 1 can Hershey's Chocolate Syrup, 1 Cup plus 1
Tablespoon Flour, 1/2 cup chopped nuts, 1/2 teaspoon baking powder.
Bake in shallow pan (like a rectangular cookie baking sheet) for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.

Topping:
6 Tablespoons Butter
6 Tablespoons Milk
1 1/2 cup white sugar

Bring to a rolling boil for 1//2 minute.  Remove from heat and add 1/2 cut
chocolate chips.  Beat until dissolved and pour over hot brownies.
